Daytime Water Exercise
Exercise against the resistance of the water. This workout is refreshing and enjoyable.
Time: Tuesday & Thursday 11:00 am – 12:00noon. Classes begin January 19, 2021, for 10 weeks
Water Fitness
This program is designed for those who have arthritis, back ailments, or just starting back into a fitness program.
Time: Tuesday & Thursday 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm. Classes begin January 19, 2021, for 10 weeks
Senior Rate: (55yrs and older) 1 day per week for 10 weeks – $52.00 2 days per week for 10 weeks – $85.00
Adult Rate: (Less than 55yrs old) 1 day per week for 10 weeks – $62.00 2 days per week for 10 weeks – $110.00
