One of Cape Breton Island’s hidden gems, Isle Madame is the perfect place to truly get away from the hustle and bustle. This peaceful, tranquil village is steeped in Acadian Culture and raw, scenic beauty.
This package includes 2 nights’ accommodations, 2 breakfasts, 1 supper, a pottery experience, and a snowshoe rental.
Day 1
Arrive in Isle Madame
Drive to Arichat, Nova Scotia to check-in to your accommodations at the Clairstone Inn. Take a drive around to orient yourself with the Island before settling in for the evening.
Day 2
Explore Isle Madame
After a hearty breakfast at your hotel, stop in at the nearby La Goélette à Pépé for some delicious hot beverages and sweets. The cafe has information about the history of the area on display. Next door, is V Pottery, where you will be making your own pottery.
