Lobster-licious Dish: The Lobster Pot Pie 1
Chef Nathan begins with a chowder base and then incorporates the lobster. We use 1/2 of a locally caught and shucked lobster. It’s a delicate yet hearty meal. This is uniquely Nova Scotian but has such a Cape Breton comfort. We’re pretty proud to call this one ours!

So, we had a little happy accident. The ever-popular Mac & Cheese Pot Pie has a new friend! It’s the Luh, Luh Luh… Lobster Mac & Cheese Pot Pie! Nathan’s rich, creamy Mac and Cheese with the meat from 1/2 a lobster! This is DECADENT! Go ahead and indulge yourself in the magic that is the Lobster Mac & Cheese Pot Pie.
